Shipping & Delivery

All our products are packaged safely and securely before being shipped. We do our best to ensure that the Celtic products arrive safely to our customers. We aim to have all products created, packaged and shipped within three working days of receiving payment. We are currently offering free shipping to customers anywhere in the world. On average, our products should arrive within 10-14 working days. However, shipments to some regions (notably Canada) can take up to 28 working days.

Privacy & Security

Ireland Calling is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. We will not share any of your personal details with any third parties unless we have been given your permission, or are legally obliged to do so. To read our full privacy policy. Returns & Replacements

Ireland Calling operates a fair and open returns and replacements policy. We try to give our customers as much information about the products as we can, so that they can be sure they are getting the product they want. The graphics we display for each product are accurate to the design we will send out, but please note that some of the colours used in our artwork may appear slightly different once printed to how they appear on various computer screens.


If your product arrives to you damaged or broken then please contact us and we will send out a replacement product to you. If you are not happy with your product for any other reason then you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date. As soon as it arrives, we will issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. Please note that Ireland Calling will not reimburse the return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

Ordering

We have made the ordering process as simple as we could to ensure a stress-free shopping experience for our customers. We recommend you create an account with us when checking out, so that future visits and purchases can be completed more quickly and easily. However, if you don't wish to create an account with us when checking out, then that is OK too, and you can complete your purchase as a guest. We will still need to take some contact details from you though, so that we keep you informed about the progress of your order, and get in touch should there be any unexpected issues.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Our payments are taken on a secure internet connection, with repuatable online brokers PayPal and Skrill overseeing the transactions. Your payment details are never shared with any third parties. We may conatct you from time to time regarding a special offer or loyalty discount promotion we are running, but again your contact details are not shared with any other companies.

Viewing Orders

You can keep track of your orders at all times by logging into your account and navigating to the 'My Orders' page. We will also keep our customers up-to-date with the progress of their orders using the email address provided at checkout.

Updating Account Information

You can change your account information at any time you wish, by logging into your account and navigating to the 'My Account Information' page. There, you can change your shipping address, billing address, password and much more. You can also view your account history, such as products you have bought in the past. Please ensure that your account information is kept up-to-date, so that we can contact you with special offers and details about new products.
